Cow’s milk is a very significant source of vitamins, especially biotin (B7), riboflavin (B2) and cobalamine (B12). Riboflavin or Vitamin B2 is responsible for the yellow-orange colour of fat-containing products made from cows’ milk which is missing in Buffalo Milk.
