Pakistan
Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto had her second child while in office. Several male Prime Ministers have done the same but Bhutto was the first female. In 2018 New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern will be the second female Prime Minister to do so; the child will be her first. Neither Golda Meir (Israel) nor Margaret Thatcher (UK) had children while Prime Minister.
