If one wanted to buy a mobile, car, appliance etc and one wants to compare similar products in terms of features, price, user experience , what are the best websites available and which is the most popular. I am looking for products sold in India only.

Try http://www.digit.in/ its simple and mostly cover all gadgets so should serve all your needs except Car.
Since Car is a very high value item so reviews are in general not very helpful, its rather discussion which drives one's purchase. (try http://www.carwale.com/ for reviews)
