Nishiyama Onsen Keiunkan is the oldest hotel and one of the oldest companies in operation. It is a hot spring hotel in Hayakawa, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, founded in 705 AD. It lies at the foot of the Akaishi Mountains and last renovated in 1997 with 37 rooms.

It has been continuously operated by 52 generations of the same family.

It has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the oldest hotel in the world.
