Cambria

The Romans termed the whole UK island 'Brittania' and named the areas by the tribes living there. The northern part of the island outside Roman control was called Caledonia, after a Northern tribe who lived North of the Antonine wall. The island of Ireland was called Hibernia and 'Cambria' for Wales (Latinized form of the Welsh word 'Cymru')
